Pre-Requisites-

1. Download and Install ADB and Fastboot Drivers on PC/Laptop/Mac.
2. Download the latest Xiaomi USB Drivers on the PC.
3. Get Moded Xiaomi Mi Unlock tool from here.
4. Mi Account to get the authorization for bootloader unlocking.
5. Make sure the device is at least 50% charged.

Warning- Backup all the important data as the process will fully reset the device.

Steps to Unlock Bootloader in Redmi Note 7 Pro -

1. Enable Developer Mode by heading to the Settings > About phone and Tap the MIUI version 7 times to enable developer mode.
2. Now, enable OEM Unlocking by going to the Settings> Additional Settings > Developer Option.
3. Again Goto Developer Option > Additional Settings 
4. Tap on the Mi Unlock Status in Settings >Add account and device > Agree.
5. If you get any error while adding account then turn on sync and remove other devices from your Mi Account.
6. Download the Moded Mi Unlock Tool and extract it to the folder.
7. Boot the device into the fastboot mode – turn off the Redmi Note 7 Pro and then Press and hold Volume Down + Power button for a few seconds to boot the device into the fast boot mode.
8. Now, connect the device to the PC with the USB cable.
9. Open the MiFlashUnlock from the folder that you extracted and login with the same ID as on your Redmi Note 7 Pro, and enter your mobile number for an OTP.
10. Once done, Reboot it from Mi Unlock Tool.
